Whistle blower

Our business will be run in a long-term and sustainable way. This is why we are committed to ensuring that irregularities that could harm our business, the well-being and health of our employees, or society at large, are brought to our attention and investigated as soon as they are discovered.

As a company, we take responsibility for conducting business in a way that is sustainable from an ethical and long-term perspective. For people, the environment and society. We attach great importance to contribute to a sustainable society and work actively with preventive measures to counteract misconduct.

If you suspect any irregularities or misconduct in our operations, you can report it to us anonymously. We have a whistleblower portal via an external service. This guarantees your anonymity whilst allowing you to receive feedback anonymously as well.

In your claim
Please remember to provide as much information as you can to help us investigate as thoroughly as possible. Describe the misconduct in as much detail as you can:

  • What happened? Or what suspicions of misconduct do you have?
  • When did it happen, and are there recurring occasions?
  • Where did it happen?
  • Who was involved? You can give names or roles.
  • Do you have any documentation showing the incident (not necessary to be able to show)
  • Did you take any action yourself at the scene of the incident?
  • What is your relationship with us?

Any other information that you think would be of value to our understanding of the situation.

What counts as a whistleblower case?

The starting point for a whistleblowing case to be submitted to us is that it concerns misconduct in our business and that the matter is of public interest to society, our business or our employees.

Some examples of cases that are considered serious misconduct:

  • Money laundering or accounting fraud
  • Fraud, bribery and corruption
  • Serious harassment, bullying and discrimination
  • Violations of health and safety or public health laws
  • Human rights issues
  • Environmental protection
  • Public procurement
  • Protection of privacy and personal data
  • Information security

How your claim is handled

If you wish to remain anonymous, please use our Whistleblower Portal.

You will maintain your anonymity in our future dialogue, and you will receive feedback on your claim within 3 months at the latest.

Your claim will be subject to an initial assessment and, if it requires further investigation, it will be delegated to a prescribed person or working group within our organisation. This is provided that the person concerned has a sufficient degree of independence and autonomy from the incident or suspected misconduct. Otherwise, an external lawyer will be brought in. You maintain your anonymity to us throughout the process as long as a criminal investigation is not started, when you may be called as a witness.

Claims are kept for two years after they have been closed.

If your claim cannot be handled as a whistleblower claim, we encourage you to report the incident to our HR or Quality, Environmental or Health and Safety Coordinator through our regular contact channels above.

External claim to the relevant authority
Claims concerning our activities are made to us in the first instance, but if you do not receive a response within 3 months or feel that sufficient action is not being taken, or if you have other reasons for not contacting us directly, please make a claim instead to the authority responsible for the area to which your claim relates.

Please note that you must provide an email address so that we can provide you with feedback on your case (you remain anonymous).
