Which personal data do we process and for what purpose?
Whilst in contact with us, you will provide personal data that we will store. The personal data we store in this context are name, email address, telephone number and which company you represent in relation to us. The purpose of processing this is to enable us to contact you in the pursuit of our business contracts and commitments, to notify you of company news and to keep a history of of a commercial nature. Your personal data may also be stored in technical collaboration platforms and cloud services, and in any shared documents, if you participate as a guest in platforms managed in our IT environment.

How does it work when we use your email address for general emails?

Our business register is reviewed once a year to keep it up to date according to this principle. At your own request, your contact details may be deleted from the register based on your previous submissions, as soon as, and no later than, one month after the request provided there are no legal requirements for the data to to be kept by us.
